Decision adopted on granting licences for the area of the region

The Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media adopted, at a session held on 01/11/2024, a decision on granting licences for the provision of television media services, based on an announced Public Competition for the Granting of Licences for the Provision of Media Services of Television Broadcasting via Terrestrial Digital Transmission for Allotment Areas (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 10/2024 of 09/02/2024).

Announcement regarding the Day of Mourning of 2 November 2024

The Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted a decision to declare 2 November 2024 a Day of Mourning in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. 

Since the entry into force of the Law Amending the Law on Marking the Day of Mourning in the Territory of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 30/10), the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, as a task entrusted to it, oversees the implementation of provisions related to programmes of radio and television media service providers.
